1. Processing & Handling Times

Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or require professional sizing, processing times vary:

Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within [1-3] business days.

Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Require [3-7] weeks for fabrication before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options. All jewellery shipments are fully insured during transit.

3. Packaging & Security

To ensure the safety of your purchase, all orders are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. The outer box will not mention "Any Jewellery" or "Item Description" to prevent theft. Inside, your items will be presented in our signature LOVE2WEAR packing box.

4. International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation message containing your Tracking Number. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time via the courier’s website.

6. Address Requirements

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to insurance restrictions. Please ensure the shipping address is a secure location where someone will be available to sign for the package.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
