CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At LOVE2WEAR, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding order cancellations and returns.


1. Order Cancellations

At Love2Wear, orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Within 24 hrs Refunds for eligible, cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that customized orders and shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation.


2. Returns & Exchanges

we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect size selection. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable. Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

When you Return, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition. The security tag (if applicable) must still be attached and intact. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any additional items present in the packaging.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  1. Products purchased during sale or clearance events
  2. Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  3. Used or worn products
  4. Orders with incorrect size selection by the customer
  5. Products returned without the original packaging
  6. Claims raised without a proper unboxing video
  7. Customized or personalized items
  8. Change of mind or dislike of the product after delivery

Please ensure an unboxing video is recorded while opening your package, as it is mandatory for any damage or missing item claims.


4. The Return Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item.
  2. Share your order details along with a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  3. Our team will review your request and verify the issue.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.

Please note that returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect size selection.


5. Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are only provided for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video as proof. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Once the issue is verified, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect size selection. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective upon arrival.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in packing every order. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

To help with any missing items, please follow these steps:

  1. Record a Video: This is now a mandatory requirement. Film the unboxing process from beginning to end without any pauses or edits.
  2. Check for Missing Items: Ensure all items are present.
  3. Report Missing Items: We will not be able to accept any complaints without a video recording. If anything is missing, contact us right away with the video.
  4. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.
